You can search for names, accountnumbers and meter numbers. If you in the field "Quick Search" put in a name or part of name, and then click on the magnifying glass-icon, then you will see the records that matches. If you want to buy cashpower, then you can click on the yellow icon for "Buy Cashpower". This will open a new tab, where you can buy the amount you wish. You can click on the tab you just left, and here you can copy meter number and/or account number - then you can return to the cashpower-tab, and here you can paste the number in the approbiate field.
If you want to see the information for the account, you can click on "Billing". If you are logged in, then you will be directed to the account - if not logged in, you will see a message and then the logon screen.
